Graduate from an approved school of nursing. Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing as an RN.

Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the quality of care for an assigned caseload of patients. This includes delegating duties appropriately and directing staff in the delivery of care, assuring responsibility for the appropriate utilization of resources, collaborating with medical staff and others in the provision of care, and demonstrating positive interpersonal relationships with others in communication and problem resolution. The RN must be sensitive to the needs of patients, families, and fellow co-workers, and support the mission of JRMC. The RN will adhere to all policies and procedures of the department and hospital.
