Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support multiple manufacturing locations while serving as a strategic partner in HR operations, payroll administration, and organizational development. This role is ideal for an HR professional who looks beyond day-to-day transactions and understands how people, processes, systems, and business objectives work together. As our organization continues to grow, you will play a key role in strengthening HR infrastructure, leading process improvements, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across locations. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment. Payroll administration experience. Strong process improvement, project management, and change management capabilities. Experience leveraging HR systems and technology to increase efficiency and improve outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Support daily HR operations across multiple manufacturing locations. Process and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Coordinate recruitment efforts, onboarding, orientation, and employee retention initiatives. Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity. Support training, engagement, recognition, and workforce development programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational growth.
