What You’ll Do as a Line Cook Cook and prep on multiple stations — salad, fry, grill, and expo Follow our build guides to make every menu item consistently and correctly Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout every shift Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner Work as part of a tight-knit, supportive kitchen team Attend to special guest requests and go the extra mile Exemplify The Stand's mission: Ethics, Passion, Teamwork What We’re Looking For a Line Cook A passion for food and a desire to do things right Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-first mentality Reliable —Weekends, and holidays are part of the job Ability to stay focused and move fast during a rush Must be 18 years of age or older Compensation & Benefits: Tip pool (~$4–7/hr average) Up to $23.00 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + Company Match (We help invest in your future) Sick time Meal credit on shift, employee discount off shift Shoes for Crews reimbursement Full-Time Position / Part-Time Position The Path: We promote from within — aggressively.
