Engineering Documentation Specialist

Per direct zoeken wij voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in de procesindustrie een Process Engineer die sterk is in technical writing. In dit project neem je het stokje over van de huidige consultant. n zorg je voor het schrijven, structureren en opleveren van operation manuals voor opgeleide operatoren. Een overdracht met de bestaande templates en scope is geregeld. Je slaat de brug tussen procestechniek en de werkvloer met handleidingen die inhoudelijk kloppen, prettig leesbaar zijn en weinig onderhoud vergen. Kerntaken Informatiegaring: Raadplegen van databases, P&IDs en SDS-sheets, en afstemmen met operatoren, procesingenieurs, veiligheids- en onderhoudsteams. Opstellen van documentatie: Vormgeven van manuals met aandacht voor doel, toepassing en functionele procesbeschrijvingen. Veiligheidsaspecten: Opnemen van JSA’s, gevaarlijke stoffen, SIS/interlocks en LOTOTO-richtlijnen (rest-energie). Besturing & DCS: Beschrijven van DCS-screenshots (startvoorwaarden, storingen), veldpanelen en de werking van regelkringen. Troubleshooting: Vastleggen van frequente alarmen en bijbehorende acties, inclusief installatiefoto\'s. Procesbeheer: Het complete traject sturen van bronverzameling en DCS-integratie tot reviewfases en opname in het IKMS-systeem. #J-18808-Ljbffr NEWPOINT PROFESSIONALS
