It also requires strong leadership to engage employees, address operational and performance challenges, and build trust across the broader management team.In this job, you will:Supervise manufacturing and associated personnel on Third shift for Fabrication areas, Crystal Growth, and Coating, as needed.Drive production priorities while maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing operationsEffectively document and communicate production issues/status to first-shift personnelPartner with area supervisors, managers, or other resources to address and solve critical operational and employee performance issues in a timely mannerFully understand and properly execute emergency proceduresDemonstrate the required leadership behaviors to motivate and engage employees and to build trust and confidence among the management team and peersBasic Qualifications:Associate degree in a technical or business discipline and 2 plus years of experienceNo clearance requiredStrong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)Demonstrated leadership behaviors to motivate, engage, and build trustProficiency utilizing Microsoft Office SuitePreferredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or related technical fieldKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing conceptsExperience directly supervising a manufacturing operation and personnelFive years of experience in a manufacturing environmentAs a leader with integrity, you ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction. Click the link below:Primary Level Salary Range: $86,800.00 - $130,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
