As the Senior Director, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our integration strategy for acquired businesses and fundamentally transform our product launch process across the company. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and operational transformer who excels at translating complex strategies into repeatable, scalable systems. This role reports to VP of Product and Pricing Operations within the COFO organization.Responsibilities:Transform the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and underlying systems to optimize speed-to-market and operational rigorsLead the transition from successful transformation of new product launches launches into long-term, scalable operationsPartner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality operational delivery of product licensing and entitlementsEstablish executive-level governance frameworks and launch readiness councils to align cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.Define, monitor, and optimize key product operations performance metrics (e.g., launch cycle time, product configuration accuracy, SKU adoption, and seller friction metrics) to measure operational impact.Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing team of product and pricing operations professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous process improvement.Drive comprehensive change management plans—including training, stakeholder communications, and playbooks—to ensure seamless cross-functional adoption of modernized launch and pricing processes.Influence annual compensation planning cycles to incorporate solutions that support successful launch of new and organic productsRequired Skills/Experience:10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Pricing Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Program Management within enterprise SaaS or cloud software organizations.Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional transformations, complex NPI processes, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) operational strategies.Demonstrated experience with M&A integration—specifically integrating product suites, pricing methodologies, and operational workflows of acquired companies.Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.Deep expertise in enterprise pricing structures, price book configuration, discounting models, and product hierarchy design.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of using data to drive operational decision-making and measure process effectiveness.Expertise in change management methodologies and leading organizational transformations across global, matrixed teams.Deep technical and functional familiarity with Salesforce CRM, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and underlying enterprise operations systems.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s/MBA preferred.Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
