As a BCBA at AIM, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their full potential. Your expertise will help guide our team and ensure the highest quality of care. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
