About the Team Dasher Financials’ mission is to serve the financial needs of the ~2.5M active Dashers on DoorDash. In addition to traditional payment methods, we provide a banking platform for over 1.5M Dashers that allows them to get paid instantly after each dash. Our goal is that Dashers, and eventually non-Dashers with similar financial attributes, view DoorDash as their preferred financial partner to achieve their goals. About the Role DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Dasher Financials engineering team. This team is responsible for the development of financial products used by millions of Dashers, including DasherDirect, our banking app that generates hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for DoorDash. As an Engineering Manager, you will partner closely with product, design, and operations partners to define the roadmap to grow our sweet of financial products, including the launch of a brand new banking app. You will manage a team of talented backend, web, and mobile engineers to build groundbreaking financial solutions and solve challenging technical problems.
