Data Entry / Customer Service Rep

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Data Entry / Customer Service Rep for an immediate opening at a transportation and logistics services company in Burien, WA, near SeaTac International Airport. This Data Entry / Customer Service Rep role focuses on accurate data entry, administrative support, and supporting daily logistics operations. We're looking for someone with freight forwarding experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What does the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep do? This Data Entry / Customer Service Rep role supports day-to-day operations by entering and updating data, responding to emails, and assisting customers by phone. You may also use internal systems to help track and manage transportation-related information.

Pay for the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep :

• $25 per hour

Job Location:

• Burien, WA, near SeaTac International Airport and Normandy Park, right off Hwy 99
• Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 156)
• Conveniently located near local dining options along 1st Ave S.

Schedule for the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep:

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift: 8am - 5pm

Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Duties :

• Use Microsoft Outlook to respond to emails
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Enter and update data accurately in company systems
• Use TMS (Transportation Management System) or similar software to support operations
• Maintain organized digital records

Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Qualifications :

• Prior freight forwarding experience required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook
• Basic understanding of TMS (Transportation Management System) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
