Customer Service Consultant

Job Overview Position: Customer Service Consultant – Salary: $17.00 per hour + Commission. Job Type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday (Start: 8:45 am, Leave: 5:30 pm). Work setting: Call center / In‑person / Office. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Enter phone, web, and fax orders into the computer system. Provide information about products and services, take orders, and gather details on complaints. Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, including actions taken. Resolve customers’ problems and refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to the manager. Collaborate with management to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Other duties as requested. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years experience in a call center. Excellent punctuality and attendance. Ability to set and maintain priorities and objectives. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good listening skills and ability to take action. Time‑management skills and flexibility to work independently and with a team.
