Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote learning, creativity, and social skills among students
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program progress to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and community partners to support student success
• Monitor safety protocols and respond promptly to any emergencies or behavioral concerns
• Organize special events, workshops, or extracurricular activities that enhance the overall program experience

Skills

• Proven experience in education administration or program management within an educational setting
• Strong background in higher education teaching or university experience related to education or child development
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and build positive relationships with young learners
