Job Description Employee Benefits Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, primarily for groups ranging from 2-50 lives, with occasional mid-market accounts (50-99 lives). Handle both fully insured and level-funded accounts. Create and manage online client portals (e.g., Employee Navigator). Ensure client compliance management and provide annual compliance notices. Quote, prepare, and present proposals for new business and renewals across all lines of coverage, including medical, ancillary, contributory, company-paid, and voluntary lines. Prepare and host open enrollment meetings and educational sessions for employees as needed throughout the year. Update internal CRM systems and maintain accurate client records. Pull claims reporting for level-funded clients and review findings with clients. Assist with bill audits and provide day-to-day service for company and employee contacts. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits sales/servicing experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in captives are welcome to apply. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZ Lynx software is preferred. Knowledge: Familiarity with standard L&H products, including medical, ancillary, contributory, company-paid, and voluntary lines. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
