About the Opportunity
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking entry-level candidates who are ready to learn a professional remote career path.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who may not have insurance experience but are motivated, coachable, professional, and interested in helping families while building long-term skills.
Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are provided for qualified candidates.
What Youâll Do
- Learn how the benefits process works
- Meet with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
- Review available benefit options
- Ask questions, listen, and provide support
- Follow a structured system
- Complete online documentation
- Attend training and coaching sessions
