Benefits Enrollment Specialist | Work From Home

We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Benefits Enrollment Specialist . This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping individuals and families understand their available benefits while building a rewarding career from home.

No previous experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, guided training, and continuous support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
  • Guide clients through available benefit and coverage options
  • Assist clients with the benefits enrollment process
  • Answer questions and provide clear, professional recommendations
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Access to a computer or laptop
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
