We're seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as  Remote Veteran Benefits Specialists . In this fully remote role, you'll educate veterans, union members, and their families about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing exceptional customer service and long-term support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Educate veterans, union members, and working families on available benefit programs.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.

• Recommend personalized coverage based on each family's needs.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Provide ongoing policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and client support.

• Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.

• Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing professional training.

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.

Experience in military service, customer service, healthcare, education, banking, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or community service is welcomed—but not required.
