We’re searching for cashier/baristas who bring positive energy, attention to detail, and a passion for serving beautifully crafted coffee beverages in a lively restaurant environment.

Whether you’re experienced behind the espresso machine or have strong counter-service experience and want to grow your skills, we’d love to meet you.

• Greet guests with friendly, genuine hospitality
• Present bakery and drink menus while offering recommendations
• Take orders accurately with strong attention to detail
• Prepare barista-style beverages following recipes and standards
• Serve drinks with clean, aesthetically pleasing presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and workspace
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations at all times

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of barista or counter-service experience
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Cash handling and basic math skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts
• Team player mentality with strong work ethic
• Knowledge of sanitation standards preferred
• Current Food Handler card and Title IV certificate
