What You'll Do
- Develop and follow up on leads to generate new insurance business
- Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Prepare quotes and explain coverage options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop additional business
- Help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions
- \Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales process
- $20-$23/hour base pay , depending on licensing and experience
- Commission opportunities
- Performance-based bonuses
- Approximately $50,000-$65,000 projected total annual compensation , based on performance
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days
- Health insurance may be available
- Valuable experience with an established State Farm agency
- Career growth and advancement opportunities
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in an in-office environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work
- Insurance sales experience
- Life & Health insurance license
- Previous State Farm experience
- Experience meeting sales goals or quotas
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
