Customer Support Specialist 1 – Chandler, AZ Job ID: 218564 | Category: Call Center/Customer Service | Position Type: Associate - W2 | Duration: 6 Months | Shift: 1 Job Description Under direct supervision, performs a variety of clerical duties of a routine and recurring nature including skilled typing, filing, data entry and preparation of standard forms. Helps and supports sales/program team in achieving sales goals. Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution. Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Enter document data (e.g., order entry, quotes) into the computer and type various forms and documents. Review customer purchase orders to assess order requirements. Collaborate with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders, ensure orders meet requirements and on‑time delivery, and review customer order books. Proofread paperwork for part number accuracy. Adhere to record‑keeping processes, distribute incoming faxes and mail, operate all office machines, and handle incoming calls professionally. Basic Qualifications 1–2 years of related work experience. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Proficiency in clerical practices, office procedures, automated equipment, computers and basic math. Customer service experience. Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word). Ability to enter large volume of orders in the system. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with an international trade team. Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of related work experience. Associate degree in Business Management or related field of study.
