Make a difference in the lives of students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist working in a supportive school environment. This contract position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with options to tailor your workdays across 2 to 4 days. The role is scheduled through the 2026-2027 school year and serves students primarily in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with some involvement up to 8th grade. You’ll collaborate with educators and families, utilizing the Ed-plan education platform to maximize student progress.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-8 setting
• Proficiency in administering assessments, evaluating speech-language needs, and developing IEPs
• Familiarity with Ed-plan or similar education case management platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of up to 30 students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine eligibility for services
• Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to foster student success
• Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with state and local requirements
• Engage in meetings and professional development as needed
