The Clinical Director leads a medium-sized clinical team (10-30 members) specializing in hospice and home health services. This role emphasizes streamlining operations and expanding clinical services within the first year. Minimal interaction with external regulatory bodies is expected, focusing primarily on clinical oversight, team leadership, and quality assurance to ensure excellent patient care management.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for hospice and home health programs
- Lead and manage a medium-sized clinical team
- Manage patient care to ensure quality and compliance
- Develop and deliver staff training programs
- Implement quality assurance practices
- Coordinate between clinical departments to optimize operations
Required Qualifications
- Medical or Nursing license (if applicable)
- Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in clinical management
- Background as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in clinical operations
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
