Senior Director of Community

Leading the strategy and execution for HackerOne's global security researcher community, the full-time Senior Director of Community will manage the Live Hacking Events product line, focusing on community growth, engagement, and profitability while working remotely from designated U.S. locations. Key responsibilities Define and execute a multi-year strategy for community growth and researcher success aligned with company objectives Own the product strategy and commercial performance of the Live Hacking Events suite, ensuring profitability and customer value Lead the professional-services management and technical delivery of live hacking engagements, ensuring quality and customer outcomes Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in security, professional services, client management, or community leadership Direct domain experience in security or bug bounty with the ability to lead technical delivery Proven experience owning a product line or P&L with responsibility for profitability and growth Experience managing complex customer delivery across global enterprise accounts Strong background in building and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable business impact
