Program Manager

Duration: 24 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Shift: 1st shift Hours: minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project. Duties And Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‑scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‑time and on‑budget execution Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi‑departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem‑solving mindset Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM Proven ability to operate under high‑pressure in a timeline‑constrained environment Skill Required Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry Education Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience About US Tech Solutions US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on‑demand and total workforce solutions.
