Working Warhawk - Front Desk Assistant, Learning Center & Instructional Support Lab

Job Description The Front Desk Assistant is responsible for scheduling either in‑person or virtual appointments with tutors, handling tutoring requests through online forms, emails, phone calls, or in‑person conversations, communicating appointment details to students and tutors, maintaining the cleanliness of the physical work environment, managing office supply inventory, delivering tutoring supplies between centers, and performing other duties as requested by the supervisor. Qualifications All candidates must be current undergraduate students. This position requires evening work hours after 5 PM.
