Global Customer Accounts & Logistics Specialist

Michelman in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join the Customer Service team. You will process orders, coordinate with Planning, Production, and Shipping, and ensure on-time delivery for domestic and international shipments.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or order processing, with ERP experience (Oracle/JDE) and SFDC preferred. The role is hybrid onsite at our Cincinnati HQ, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.
