Logistics CoordinatorAuto Driveaway is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. You'll split your time between administrative coordination in the office and driving locally. This is a real part of the job, up to about 60% of your time and sometimes for extended stretches. You'll drive company cars and standard passenger vehicles, so no special license (like a CDL) is required.Coordinate with drivers and operations leadership on dispatch, scheduling, and load assignmentsHandle administrative tasks: processing driver paperwork, loading driver funds, and updating orders in our systemProvide phone support, route calls, and confirm delivery points with customersKeep things organized, accurate, and moving in a fast-paced environmentMake safety an everyday priorityJump in wherever the team needs youWhat We're Looking ForA clean motor vehicle record and the ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirementsSome office, administrative, or customer-service experience.
