Purpose and Mission: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the plant

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.

Previous Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications and Education: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
