Overview Job Description - Registered Nurse (RN), ICU, FT, 7p-7a (525787) Vaughn Regional Medical Center is a wonderful place to work because of our people. Responsibilities Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicate changes in patient\'s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participate in the discharge planning process. Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) — must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date. Required Skills License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL #J-18808-Ljbffr
