Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as a Registered Nurse Job Description: - Are you a passionate and skilled RN looking to make a real impact? - Join a high-energy 16-bed ER featuring: - 1 trauma bay - 4 fast-track beds - Handle a diverse patient population, including: - High volume of stroke and STEMI cases - MVC trauma patients - Pediatric patients - A significant psychiatric and geriatric population due to nearby nursing homes - Be a pivotal part of our 24/7 cath lab operations Key Responsibilities: - Lead your practice with confidence as you provide: - Routine and complex nursing care - Effective management of clinical situations - Utilize the nursing process through: - Assessment - Diagnosis - Planning - Intervention - Evaluation - Cultivate holistic care by addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families - Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for: - Side effects - Treatment effectiveness - Document patient history, symptoms, and care provided accurately - Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers effectively Job Requirements: - Education/Skills: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Experience: - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred) - Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - BLS (AHA only) - ACLS (AHA only) - PALS (AHA only) - TNCC - RN License in the state of TX or compact Work Schedule: - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Work Type: Full Time Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
