Senior Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin

FIGS is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin to join the Finance team. This person will report directly to the Senior Director, Revenue & Margin and will partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Accounting, Data, and Operations. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires someone who can operate as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders and hands-on with the data. The ideal candidate has FP&A leadership experience & is energized by building scalable processes,supporting business partners, and shaping how the business thinks about Revenue and Gross Margin.What you'll do day-to-day:Own and lead Revenue & Margin forecasting for FIGS, overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis for business partners and executivesPartner with the Data team to set the roadmap for real-time, data-driven analytical reporting of Revenue and Margin KPIs, ensuring the team’s tools and dashboards scale with the businessDrive strategic process improvements in partnership with the Accounting team, identifying and closing gaps in how Revenue and Gross Margin are tracked, reported, and forecastedLead special projects and ad hoc analyses that evaluate new opportunities and support major business decisions across Revenue and Gross Margin, often presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior leadershipBuild the future of the Revenue & Margin function: establish scalable processes, mentor and grow team members, and help define how the team operates as FIGS continues to growWhat it takes to succeed in this role:A proven leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and unwavering integrityA strong command of Finance and an analytical mindset; we’re numbers people firstSomeone who can take ambiguous problems from 0 to 100 with minimal direction, and who instills that same self-starter mentality in their teamThe ability to synthesize large, sometimes unrelated, data sets into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholdersFlexibility and an eagerness to thrive in a fast-growing environment, balancing strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on when neededAn unrelenting attention to detail and a low tolerance for mistakes, both for themselves and the team they leadQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative or Business field7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Public Accounting, including prior experience managing or mentoring team membersExcel mastery and familiarity with Google SheetsProficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Alteryx, Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau), a plusE-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plusFIGS Compensation and BenefitsPay RangeAt FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
