Collect patient vitals and support clinicians during patient visits Room patients and prepare exam rooms for appointments Support healthcare providers with necessary tasks to facilitate efficient patient flow Assist with front office duties, including patient support and administrative tasks as needed Support clinic operations within scope and assist with training modules prior to start

Knowledge of healthcare terminology and clinical procedures Ability to perform medical assistant duties including rooming patients and vital collection Strong communication skills to support both clinical and administrative functions Flexibility to float within scope to meet clinic needs

Certified Medical Assistant (MA-CS) or current certification in hand is required Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Healthcare experience, preferably in outpatient or pain management clinics 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred; first-timers accepted Availability for day shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days a week Must be able to complete required modules and training, with some coursework conducted pre-start and annually No on-call responsibilities required; pending license accepted with confirmation of license in hand
