Commercial Operations Manager

To support efficient execution of commercial activities, the full-time salaried Commercial Operations Senior Manager/Associate Director, MLR & Meetings will manage the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process and coordinate key commercial meetings and events in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end MLR review process for promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance and efficiency Oversee conference logistics and coordinate planning and execution of various commercial meetings and events Partner with leadership to improve MLR, asset management, and meeting-management processes while developing standard operating procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology Experience with Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes and Veeva PromoMats strongly preferred Proven experience coordinating corporate meetings and events Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
