Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager

As a Commercial Cleaning Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee cleaning operations across multiple commercial client locations, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and positive client relationships. This is a direct-hire opportunity. What We Offer:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, housekeeping, facilities, or a similar service-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities, locations, or client accounts highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to develop schedules, manage staffing needs, and respond effectively to changing priorities
- Working knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, equipment, supplies, and safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and leadership
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results
- Candidates with strong multi-site operations and people-management experience in other industries may also be considered
- Lead and oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial client sites
- Supervise, coach, and motivate cleaning teams to provide consistent, high-quality service
- Develop and manage staffing schedules and workflows to maximize productivity and service quality
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and client standards are consistently met
- Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and respond quickly to service concerns
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, training, and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate the availability and maintenance of cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational resources
- Manage inventory and promote efficient, cost-effective use of supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records related to staffing, schedules, safety, inspections, incidents, and operational activities
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Lead by example to create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment
