Role Overview
Deliver expert French voice coaching that improves pronunciation, diction, fluency, and overall communication, while contributing real-world input to train next-generation AI systems. This contract role is remote, and no prior AI experience is required, your language and coaching expertise are what matter.
About the organizationThe team operates an AI data lab that transforms subject matter expertise into high-quality training data and evaluations to improve how AI systems learn and perform. Experts contribute across domains to build a human intelligence layer for frontier AI.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for learners with diverse backgrounds and goals.
- Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients'' verbal and written communication skills.
- Assess individual learner needs and progress, adapting methods to meet objectives and improve outcomes.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to build clients'' confidence and communication clarity.
- Collaborate with the customer team to create innovative coaching materials and resources for learners.
- Stay current with best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.
- Keep detailed records of session content, learner progress, and outcomes.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a deep understanding of French phonetics and culture.
- Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners to reach their communication goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for effective remote work.
- Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and resource sharing.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional improvement.
- No prior AI experience is required, subject matter expertise is the priority.
- Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
- Experience working with multicultural or international teams.
- Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.
