Role Overview

Help shape next-generation AI systems by contributing expert French voice coaching insight and high-quality, real-world feedback. This remote contract role centers on improving pronunciation, diction, fluency, and communication confidence for diverse learners. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency.
• Create and use tailored exercises that strengthen verbal and written communication skills.
• Assess learner needs and progress, then adapt coaching methods to support strong outcomes.
• Provide practical feedback that improves communication clarity and confidence.
• Partner with the customer team to develop coaching materials and resources.
• Keep current with voice-coaching and French-language-instruction practices.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions and learner progress.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French proficiency, including strong knowledge of French phonetics and culture.
• Experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and empathy.
• Ability to motivate learners and support their progress.
• Strong organization and time-management skills in a remote environment.
• Comfort using digital tools for virtual coaching and sharing resources.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
• Experience working with multicultural or international teams.
• Experience developing curricula or educational content.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
