English Voice Coach for AI Model Training
$30 - $65 per hourSaidGig
Shape the accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness of next-generation AI voice systems by applying professional expertise in voice directing, accents, and regional dialects. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and assess AI-generated voice performances for accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness.
- Guide AI voice models on a broad range of accents and regional dialects.
- Work with AI developers and product designers to improve voice-synthesis algorithms and training data.
- Develop and document practices for pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery.
- Provide real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies for AI systems.
- Deliver detailed written and verbal analysis of voice outputs and project progress.
- Take part in intensive mini-pilot sessions and ensure audio descriptions meet professional standards.
Qualifications
- Professional voice-coaching experience, especially in voice acting, accents, and regional dialects.
- Demonstrated voice-directing expertise for audio or media projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
- Knowledge of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuance.
- Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback in fast-paced, high-pressure pilot projects.
- Comfort working remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in advancing AI-powered voice technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coaching or consulting on AI or voice-synthesis projects.
- Familiarity with audio description, accessibility, or educational-content production.
- Background in linguistics, speech pathology, or a related field.
Work Terms
- Part-time remote position.
