Use your professional voice coaching and dialect expertise to shape how next generation AI voice systems speak, sound, and express emotion. You will direct and evaluate AI-generated voice performances, develop pronunciation and delivery standards, and supply targeted feedback that helps improve voice synthesis models. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and coaching skills are the priority.

• Direct and assess AI-generated voice performances, focusing on accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of accents and regional dialects for AI voice models.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI developers, and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data.
• Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery.
• Coach and mentor AI systems by supplying real-time feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
• Contribute detailed written and verbal analysis on voice outputs and project progression.
• Participate in focused mini-pilot sessions, ensuring audio output meets high professional standards.

• Proven professional experience as a voice coach, with background in voice acting, accents, and regional dialects.
• Demonstrated expertise in voice directing for audio or media projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuances.
• Ability to provide precise, actionable feedback in high pressure, fast moving pilot projects.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and advancing AI powered voice technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching or consulting on AI or voice synthesis projects.
• Familiarity with audio description, accessibility, or educational content production.

• Engagement includes participation in intensive, focused mini-pilot sessions as projects require.

• Pay range: $30.00 to $65.00 per hour.
