Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Hindi language and voice-coaching expertise to high-quality, real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on helping learners build clearer pronunciation, natural intonation, and stronger conversational fluency in Hindi. Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging one-on-one and group Hindi coaching sessions focused on pronunciation, intonation, and conversational fluency.
- Assess speech patterns and tailor coaching strategies to each learner''s strengths and development areas.
- Create interactive curricula and exercises that encourage participation and measurable progress.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on verbal and written assignments.
- Work closely with the customer team, sharing insights and resources that improve the overall language-learning experience.
- Track learner progress and adjust coaching methods to support strong outcomes.
- Stay current on Hindi voice and accent-coaching trends and best practices.
- Native or near-native spoken and written Hindi proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Previous voice, accent, or language-coaching experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate learners with varied backgrounds and skill levels.
- Comfort using digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching.
- Ability to build customized coaching plans around specific learning objectives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
- Formal training or certification in linguistics, voice coaching, or a related field.
- Experience working with multicultural or global teams.
- Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning content development.
- Remote, contract engagement.
