Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Family Home Setting | Meaningful Work | Steady Hours We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/Caregiver to assist a Mom-Son duo in their own home. If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a difference in the life a of a family, this may be the position for you! ( If you are allergic to cats, this position is not for you.) Schedule • First & Second Shift (Negotiable!) • 32-40 hours per week (Full-Time) • Must remain awake during shifts Compensation • $18.00 – $19.00/hour, based on experience • Mileage reimbursement for errands and appointments Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking caregivers who are: • Experienced with Physical Limitations and Adult Mental Health • Reliable, dependable, and professional • Patient and respectful of personal boundaries • Comfortable working in a family-home environment • Preferably older, experienced caregivers Key Responsibilities Your role will include supporting both an adult male with Autism and a family member with physical limitations: • Assisting with personal care tasks (showering, toileting, hygiene) • Teaching and reinforcing daily living skills • Providing verbal encouragement and motivation • Assisting with laundry for the household • Meal prep and cooking • Light housekeeping and dishes • Grocery shopping, errands, and appointments This role is hands-on, meaningful, and centered on respect, patience, and consistency.
