Job Description

Under general supervision, performs a combination of general and skilled clerical duties, record keeping, and transcription functions to provide support in carrying out departmental operations and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school equivalency with supplemented college courses in business office operations, records management, personal computer, and spreadsheet applications, and two years of business office operations experience.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

Other Requirements/Testing

Keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel tests will be administered as part of the selection process. A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment. Employees must notify supervision when applying for a position.
