As an HR Employee Ambassador you will be instrumental in data entry integrity, providing systems administrative support for our new team members and the Human Resources Department. Key Responsibilities Onboarding: Relentless advocate for a simple and frictionless employee onboarding experience, driven by process, technology, and data. Data Accuracy: Enter and maintain precise system data and ensure compliance with government and company policies. Compliance: Support I-9, Unemployment and LOA functions and ensure adhering to all Federal, State, and local laws. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to provide the necessary support and ensure smooth operations. High-Volume Management: Handle a significant volume of inquiries via email and messaging tools via current technology platforms. Customer Service: Strong customer service mindset with responsiveness, empathy, and a positive attitude. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Process Enhancement: Engage in discussions to enhance processes and provide valuable suggestions. Problem Solving: Resourceful and capable of resolving unexpected issues effectively. What Do You Need? 3+ years of experience as an administrative professional in Human Resources Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Federal, state, and local employment laws HRIS systems Payroll, LOA, and employment benefits Compensation THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION: $21-24/hr. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
