Asistente de Práctica Médica - PRN

Responsabilidades Responsable de proporcionar atención centrada en el paciente y apoyo operativo al equipo médico para garantizar una experiencia óptima para el paciente. Coordina actividades en las áreas clínicas y facilita un flujo de pacientes sin contratiempos. Ayuda con la recopilación de datos del paciente, realiza selecciones de pruebas y completa funciones de oficina médica relevantes para el área/asignación. Coordina las actividades de la clínica/área y facilita los procesos comerciales de acuerdo con los estándares. Realiza actividades previas a la visita para reunir información del paciente de servicios o entidades internas y externas para asegurar que la información esté disponible para el equipo de la clínica durante la visita. Registra al paciente en la clínica. Prueba desarrollos, avances y tendencias en el campo asistiendo a seminarios/talleres, leyendo revistas profesionales, participando activamente en organizaciones profesionales y/o manteniendo certificación o licencia. Integra el conocimiento adquirido en las prácticas de trabajo actuales. Mantiene el conocimiento de las normas, regulaciones, políticas, leyes y directrices aplicables que impactan el área. Desarrolla controles internos efectivos diseñados para promover la conformidad con las leyes aplicables, los requisitos de las agencias de acreditación y los planes de salud federales, estatales y privados. Busca asesoría y orientación según sea necesario para asegurar una comprensión adecuada. #J-18808-Ljbffr Parkland Health
