Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Albuquerque, NM. The Property Manager oversees daily operations of the multifamily community, including leasing activities, rent collections, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms and community rules. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, coordinating maintenance requests, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the property is safe, clean, and compliant with applicable regulations. The role also involves preparing and reviewing budgets, monitoring occupancy and revenue, generating regular reports, and implementing strategies to improve resident retention. The Property Manager serves as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns promptly and promoting a positive living environment. Qualifications Property management experience, including leasing oversight, rent collection, and resident relations within a multifamily or similar residential setting. Operational and administrative skills, such as budgeting, reporting, contract/vendor management, and basic familiarity with property management software. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with residents, team members, vendors, and ownership. Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and sound judgment in handling complex situations. Knowledge of fair housing regulations and general compliance requirements for residential properties. Ability to work on-site full time in Albuquerque, NM, with flexibility to respond to urgent property issues as needed. Experience supervising or leading on-site teams is preferred; prior multifamily experience is a plus.
