Prince George’s County Health Department seeks a Hospital Liaison (Counselor 1A/2A) to provide counseling services, case management, and referrals for clients with substance use and behavioral health needs at the Clinton, MD location. Responsibilities include conducting SBIRT screenings, facilitating treatment planning, and administering DAST/AUDIT tools.
