JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Care Officer is responsible for building positive client interactions and ensuring total customer satisfaction. By successfully answering questions, resolving issues, and providing correct information, you can greatly contribute to the company's customer service success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in compliance with corporate guidelines. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client complaints are resolved promptly. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered by the company. Adhere to quality standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Prior experience with customer service, retail, or a related field. Sales or upselling experience. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve customer issues. Experience with CRM systems, customer databases, and other customer service-related software tools. Ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on the company's operational hours.
