($23 to $29/hour | $47,480 – $60,320/year + differential pay for high-acuity, nights, or weekends).

CASE & SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

• zipcode: 78411 - Friday to Sunday | 7AM - 6PM (33hrs/wk)

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and deliver hands-on pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Manage Specialized Care: Handle G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as required by physician orders (training provided!).
• Teach & Empower: Reinforce care instructions and safety practices with parents and caregivers.
• Track & Document Progress: Maintain accurate, timely charting using KanTime Electronic Medical Records on an employer-provided tablet.

Qualifications

• License & Education: Active Texas LVN license (New grads are welcome to apply!).
• Health & Safety: Current in-person BLS/CPR certification and a recent TB test (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Travel & Physical Requirements: Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, willingness to travel up to 20 miles from home, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Skills & Experience: Friendly, patient-first mindset with strong communication skills. Pediatric or home health experience is a plus!
