LensCrafters - Sales Associate (Colorado)

Requisition ID: 929731 Store #: 003210 LensCrafters Position: Part-Time Pay Range: 16.83 - 23.55 per hour Job Overview The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at LensCrafters. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community. Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed. Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners). Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills. Ability to embrace new technology & change with high accuracy. Demonstrated ability to sell through use of sales skills, accountability for sales results, and a desire to meet goals. Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Self-motivator with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
