Trade Compliance Manager

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance required
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise sector trade compliance teams (team of 8).
- Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
- Review and manage export authorizations and records.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering to support trade compliance strategy.
- Ensure timely investigation and reporting of trade compliance violations.
- Support compliance audits and assistance visits.
- Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of trade compliance experience OR 16+ years without a degree.
- 3+ years leading a high-performing team.
- 5+ years of experience with ITAR , EAR , and U.S. trade sanctions programs (OFAC).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret USG regulations and assess risk management.
- Experience with OCR EASE .
- Background in Foreign Military Sales or previous military policy roles.
- Technical background and understanding of compliance audits.
- Target Industries: Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, and Government Contracting.
- Key Companies: Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon and Boeing.
