Trade Compliance Manager

Position: Senior Manager, Trade Compliance
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (Fully Onsite)
Salary:+ Full Benefits
Relocation Assistance: Yes

Travel: 20% (domestic)

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise sector trade compliance teams (team of 8).
Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
Review and manage export authorizations and records.
Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering to support trade compliance strategy.
Ensure timely investigation and reporting of trade compliance violations.
Support compliance audits and assistance visits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of trade compliance experience OR 16+ years without a degree.
3+ years leading a high-performing team.
5+ years of experience with ITAR , EAR , and U.S. trade sanctions programs (OFAC).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to interpret USG regulations and assess risk management.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with OCR EASE .
Background in Foreign Military Sales or previous military policy roles.
Technical background and understanding of compliance audits.
