Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area at Kia of Alpharetta. This role is responsible for managing the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, including structuring vehicle purchase deals, securing financing approvals, and presenting protection products in a clear and compliant manner. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit applications, explaining financing and leasing options, preparing and finalizing all related documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and dealership policies. The Finance Manager collaborates closely with sales and management teams to optimize deal profitability, maintain accurate records, and deliver a transparent, customer-focused experience. This role also involves monitoring lender programs, staying current on industry regulations, and contributing to process improvements that support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with loan structures, interest rates, and payment calculations. Candidates should possess skills in customer service and communication, including the ability to explain complex financial products in clear, accessible language. Candidates should possess skills in compliance and documentation, such as understanding F&I regulations, privacy laws, and accurate contract preparation. Candidates should possess skills in sales and negotiation, including the ability to present financing and protection products in a consultative, customer-centric manner. Candidates should possess skills in dealership or automotive finance systems, including comfort with DMS/F&I software and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). Relevant experience in automotive finance, banking, or retail finance is highly beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
