Safety & Compliance Lead: Investigations & Risk Reduction

Are you passionate about creating a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace? We're seeking a Safety Advisor to support corporate operations by implementing health and safety programs, promoting a strong safety culture, and partnering with leaders to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you'll support incident investigations, hazard identification, contractor safety, ergonomics, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and safety reporting while helping improve operational performance across the organization. Responsibilities Promote workplace safety initiatives and safety culture Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis Support OSHA and regulatory compliance Develop and monitor corrective actions Analyze safety metrics and identify improvement opportunities Facilitate safety committees and employee engagement Support contractor safety programs Assist with emergency preparedness and workplace inspections Partner with leadership to reduce workplace risk Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Operations, or related discipline 4+ years of health and safety experience within industrial, manufacturing, utilities, energy, or similar environments Experience conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety regulations Military safety, operations, logistics, engineering, and transportation leadership experience is highly encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Talent
