This is a hands-on IT role requiring 5+ years of real experience supporting Microsoft environments.

If your background is primarily entry-level helpdesk or you rely heavily on escalation, this role will not be a fit.

About the Role

Join Lakeview Health Services and support a multi-site IT environment that directly enables housing and mental health services across the Finger Lakes region.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and improving systems – This role goes beyond basic ticket support it requires troubleshoot independently, manage systems, and improve the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and users

• Administer and support:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

• Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Configure and manage Windows 11 systems

• Deploy and support mobile devices

• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues

• Support and enforce cybersecurity practices (MFA, access control, incident escalation)

• Work with vendors to resolve escalated issues

• Travel between sites as needed

Required Experience

• 5–7+ years of IT support / systems administration experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft 365

• Active Directory / Entra ID

• Windows environments

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently

• Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed users

• Understanding of networking concepts

• Valid driver’s license (required for site travel)

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or regulated environments

• Group Policy

• Exposure to security best practices
