Snow Plow Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a Snow Plow Operator to service private roads, lots, and residential communities during winter weather events. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role follows an on-call, dispatch-based workflow and operates pickup trucks or heavy-duty trucks equipped with plows to support safe, effective snow removal and post-storm cleanup.

Responsibilities

Plow assigned private roads, lots, and residential communities.
Operate pickup trucks and heavy-duty trucks equipped with plows.
Apply salt to treated areas as directed.
Complete post-storm cleanup and related snow-removal activities.
Respond to on-call activations and follow dispatch-based assignments.
Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor during snow events.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in snow removal operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Valid commercial driver’s license.
Snowplow operation experience.
Knowledge of winter road maintenance.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Strong situational awareness.
Reliability during on-call snow events.
